Jerry Torczon started Birchwood Homes in 1978, with the encouragement and experienced lead of his father and brothers. Jerry and his wife, Mary, have four children, and are active in their church and community. Jerry currently serves on the Urban Design Review Board, the Sarpy County Planning Commission, and the MOBA Governmental Affairs committee. He is respected in the community and the building industry. Known as a man of his word, his old-fashioned values give him a solid reputation and take all aspects of his business to the highest degree.
